The house on the corner, the White House, is finished and the new owner has moved in.

VIPAC Scientists and Engineers did wind tunnel testing using a model of the project to establish air movement and internal temperatures throughout the year.

Here is where some of the materials from the back of the existing house ended up. Jim built this for a client in Castlemaine, the strip hard wood was the lathe from the old house as was the side corrugated iron.
